As Community Protection continues to grow, so does our commitment to strong leadership, clear accountability, and high standards across everything we do. With that in mind, we’re pleased to announce two key appointments that strengthen both our operational backbone and our frontline delivery.

Head of Administrative Services

Our new Head of Administrative Services, Cassidy Prosserwill be leading the systems, structure, and support functions that keep Community Protection running smoothly behind the scenes.

This role is central to ensuring:

  • Clear processes and compliance across the organisation

  • Strong governance, reporting, and internal controls

  • Effective support for our frontline teams and managers

  • A consistent, professional experience for clients and partners

By strengthening our administrative leadership, we’re ensuring that our operations remain efficient, accountable, and scalable as we continue to expand.

Head of Frontline Services

We’re also proud to welcome our new Head of Frontline Services, Ben Scott, responsible for overseeing the delivery of our public-facing operations.

This role focuses on:

  • The quality and professionalism of our officers on the ground

  • Consistent standards across security, enforcement, and community safety services

  • Training, performance, and operational leadership

  • Ensuring our teams remain approachable, fair, and community-focused

Strong frontline leadership is essential to public trust, and this appointment reinforces our commitment to visible, proportionate, and professional services.

Strengthening Community Protection

These appointments mark an important step in the continued development of Community Protection. By reinforcing leadership both behind the scenes and on the ground, we are creating a stronger, more resilient organisation — one that can better support communities, clients, and our own teams.

We’re delighted to welcome both individuals into their roles and look forward to the positive impact they will bring.

Please join us in welcoming our new Head of Administrative Services and Head of Frontline Services to Community Protection.
